Interviewer: Good morning, Professor Alexa. Thank you for being here today to discuss Twitter’s valuation. Can you tell us a bit about the current valuation of the social media giant? Professor Alexa: Sure. As of today, Twitter’s current market capitalization is around $41 billion. This means that the total value of all the company’s shares is estimated at $41 billion. This is up from its initial public offering in 2013, when the company was valued at $25 billion. Interviewer: What factors have contributed to the increase in Twitter’s valuation? Professor Alexa: There are several factors that have contributed to the increase in Twitter’s valuation. The first and most important factor is the company’s growth in user engagement and usage. Since its launch in 2006, Twitter has seen a steady increase in users and usage, with over 330 million monthly active users as of June 2020. Additionally, the company has continued to innovate and expand its platform, introducing new features and services, such as its live streaming service, Periscope. This has helped to increase user engagement and usage, and in turn, has helped to boost its valuation. Interviewer: What other factors have
