Study in Finland
Finland offers world-class education and a unique cultural experience for international students. If you’re an Indian student planning to study in Finland, you’ll need a Residence Permit (student visa). This permit allows you to stay in Finland for more than 90 days, typically valid for the duration of your program. Here’s everything you need to know to apply and ensure a smooth application process.
Apply and secure an acceptance letter from a Finnish institution.
Fill out the online application, upload necessary documents, and submit.
Schedule a VFS Global appointment to submit biometric data and pay the fees.
Monitor your application’s progress and await the decision.
Key Requirements:
Health insurance (€120,000 for stays over 2 years, €40,000 for under 2 years)
Approximetaly- €6,720 (₹5,94,922) for a 1-year program or €13,440 (₹11,89,843) for a 2-year program
- Passport & biodata page copies
- Acceptance letter
- Proof of tuition fee payment (if applicable)
- Proof of health insurance
- Academic history and financial proof
Application Fee: €350 (online) or €450 (paper)
VFS Global Service Fee: €70 (₹6,213)
Total: €420 (₹37,198)
